State Test Preparation Course

Upper Valley Career Center is offering in-person courses to prepare for the following state licensure examinations:

  • Ohio EPA Water Class I Examination

  • Ohio EPA Wastewater Class I Examination

Each course will be taught by experienced and qualified instructors from the local community.

Course Fee: $550 total; Deposit to reserve seat: $100

When both the deposit and agreement are received, students will receive a confirmation email from Chad Tennent . 

Please Note:

The costs for the Ohio EPA Water and Wastewater Exams are not included in the course costs. 

UVCC does not guarantee the student will pass the Ohio state licensure exams.


Requirements

  • Students will be required to complete all reading assignments and test prep questions prior to each week’s class. Reading will range from 32-100 pages.

  • 100% attendance is expected, however in the event of an emergency students may miss up to 1 class.

    • If a student misses a class they will be expected to do all required reading and take the corresponding tests/quizzes for any class missed.

  • Students are asked to contact UVCC via email when they have scheduled their licensure exam and to follow up with the results when received.

  • Submit full payment by the first day of class
