In-Person Conferences

Career Tech Lab Instructors are scheduled in advance in 10 minute intervals. Please call 937.778.1980 if you did not receive your scheduling letter.

Academic Instructors can be seen on a drop-in basis during conference hours.  

Phone Conferences

If you would prefer a phone conference, please contact the instructor to schedule a time via email or by calling 937.778.1980.  

Fee Payments

Payments or payment arrangements can be made in the front office during conference hours.

 

COVID-19 Protocols

• Masks/facial coverings are required for all in-person parent teacher conferences.

• You must reschedule your in-person parent teacher conference to a phone conference if,

  • you developed ANY of the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the last fourteen (14) days, have had a positive COVID-19 test within the past ten days, or if you have been told to quarantine by the health department.

  • Chills
  • Fever of 100+ degrees
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion
  • Runny nose
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
