In-Person Conferences

Career Tech Lab Instructors are scheduled in advance in 10 minute intervals. Please call 937.778.1980 if you did not receive your scheduling letter.

Academic Instructors can be seen on a drop-in basis during conference hours.  

Phone Conferences

If you would prefer a phone conference, please contact the instructor to schedule a time via email or by calling 937.778.1980. 

Fee Payments

Payments or payment arrangements can be made in the front office during conference hours.

FAFSA Help Workshops

Seniors planning to attend college…you will need to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). 

During parent-teacher conferences, local college representatives will be available in the Stickley Dining Commons to assist you in completing your FAFSA.

The workshop is offered open-house style, so no appointment is necessary.

October 25,   2:30-6:30 pm

November 4,  4:00-6:30pm

To Prepare:

1. Both student and parent MUST bring their 2020 1040 Federal tax return with applicable W-2 forms.

2. Prior to the event, both student and parent should create an account or FSA ID. If necessary, the FSA ID can be created on-site during the event.

3. Both student and parent will need a cell phone and an accessible personal email account during the event.
